Maintenance includes Hardware, Software, as well as peripheral devices. Hardware maintenance consists of online and/or telephonic support and troubleshooting using remote diagnostics and assisting for setup as well as fee based upgrade services. Maintenance includes proving support for preventive and corrective services that may be physical repairs or update patches to get the optimal performance which is included as per contract or as pay-as-you-go service.

Software maintenance consists of either long term or per-incidence support contracts. Similar to hardware support, software support also includes remote assistance and on-site assistance on case to case basis. We also assist in installation assistance and basic usability of software. Usually software maintenance includes re-installation and assistance on existing software in terms of usage and migrations, installation of updates if available and other types of reactive and proactive on-time on-spot services. Software maintenance does not include the purchase or entitlement rights to future use of Srijan Services proprietary or licence software used to provide any minor or major software assistance on-site or remote assistance.
